Do I check-in at the reception desk?

No. This is a private residence within the Hilton building, so check-in is arranged directly with us. You’ll receive detailed instructions and meet our team upon arrival.

Do you offer complimentary parking?

Yes, complimentary secure private parking is included with your booking.

Do you offer transport from the airport?

While we do not offer direct airport transfers, we’re happy to recommend trusted local transport services.

Do I have access to all the facilities that Hilton Hotel guests have access to?

Absolutely. As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the resort’s pools, spa, fitness centre, restaurant, café, and garden BBQ areas.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included. However, the on-site café and restaurant offer delicious breakfast options, or you can prepare your own in the fully equipped kitchen.

What is the bedding configuration?

The property has four bedrooms: one with a king bed and three with double beds.

Can I change the bed configuration on this property?

Bed configurations are fixed; however, we can offer flexible sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests upon request.

Am I able to arrange a cot and/or highchair for my child during my stay?

Yes, we can provide a cot and/or highchair. Just click on the Pre-Arrival Store tab to book them early and make sure they’re available.

Does the property have a pool?

The property does not have a private pool, however guests have access to both indoor and outdoor pools as part of the resort facilities.

Can I cancel my booking?

Can I host a party, bachelorette or bachelor party?

To maintain the comfort of all guests and neighbours, parties – including bachelor or bachelorette events – are strictly prohibited. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Absolutely! Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and there’s a large Smart TV in the living area. You’re welcome to log into your preferred streaming services using your personal credentials for access to all your favourite content during your stay.
 
Are amenities provided at the property?
Yes, we provide a starter pack of essential amenities including toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, shower caps, hand soap, hand sanitiser, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, laundry liquid, and garbage bags. Should you require more during your stay, there’s a convenient store located right downstairs, and a Woolworths supermarket just 150 metres away.
